Standard Vendor Booth- $225 (1 remaining)
10x10 In-Line booth space that includes an 8-foot table, 2 chairs, and 2 Exhibitor badges. For any exhibitor selling products (not including comic creators or print artists). Products MUST be related to our theme of Nerd Culture.
Premium Vendor Booth- $275 (7 remaining)
10x10 corner booth space that includes an 8-foot table, 2 chairs, and 2 Exhibitor badges. For any exhibitor selling products (not including comic creators or print artists). Products MUST be related to our theme of Nerd Culture.
Print Artist/Comic Creator Table- $150 (waiting list)
8x5 space that includes an 8-foot Table, 2 chairs, and 2 Exhibitor badges. For any print artists or comic book creators only, intended for the promotion of local/regional comic book creator talent.
Cosplay Guest Table- FREE, BY INVITATION ONLY (none remaining)
8x5 space that includes an 8-foot Table, 2 chairs, and 2 Exhibitor badges. Anyone interested in applying to be a cosplay guest must complete this application and send their media kit to UncannyComicExpo@gmail.com by February 28, 2022. A committee will choose up to 3 Cosplay Guests and inform them of selection by March 7, 2022.
Organization Table- FREE, BY INVITATION ONLY
8-foot booth space (or more if required) for invited, charity organizations such as Cosplay organizations, Celebrity Vehicles, and related organizations.

8-foot table or 10x10 booth for event sponsors. Please see information on sponsor tiers under our sponsor tab on this website.
Electricity Hookup- $20 per Exhibitor (must bring your own extension cables and power strips)
WIFI access- $10 per Exhibitor
Additional Vendor Badges- $20 Each
No extra tables or chairs will be available.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By submitting this form you are agreeing to our terms of service. Any violation of the terms of service may result in the exhibitor being required to leave the event without refund.
Exhibitors may only utilize the space paid for, and may not obstruct other vendors or walkway space.
Any cancellation of exhibitor space will be subject to the following refund scheduled: 60 days or more- 95% refund; 30-59 days- 50% refund; 0-29 days- 0% refund.
All exhibits must be setup before the show begins. We will have a Premium ticket pass that starts at 9:00am both days and exhibitors must be ready to go by then. Exhibitors may utilize either or both Friday 1pm-8pm and/or Saturday morning 6am-9pm load in.
Due to the family-friendly nature of our show, no adult content may be publicly displayed, sold to or accessible to minors.
Exhibitors are expected to unload, load, setup, and tear down their own exhibits. Uncanny Comic Expo may have volunteers available to assist, but there is no guarantee.
Exhibitors must wear wrist bands and exhibitor badges at all times during the show.
Exhibitors are expected to properly dispose of waste before leaving the event.
If an exhibitor has any questions or issues relating to the event facility, it must be brought to a member of the Uncanny staff, who will take care of it as quickly as possible.
Depending on current health guidelines, Exhibitors may be required to wear a mask during the event. This is subject to change at any moment.
Exhibitors are expected to treat Uncanny staff, volunteers, fellow exhibitors, and patrons with respect.
Exhibitors must pay applicable taxes on sales. The current sales tax rate at the Tulsa State Fair is 8.517%. You will be required to complete Oklahoma tax form 827-T.
Exhibitors will be required to stay through the duration of the show.
