ARDMORE 2022
Uncanny Comic Expo is now coming to Ardmore, OK!
The show will be held November 19th, 2022 from 10am-6pm at the Ardmore Convention Center!
Ardmore is located halfway between Oklahoma City and Dallas, and the convention center is right off of I-35!
We are seeking any and all exhibitors who sell or create family-friendly products related to nerd culture- from comic books to video games, cosplay props, trading cards, board games, anime, sci-fi, fantasy, and more!
Food Vendor-$100
10x10 booth space in the exhibit hall for Food Vendors
Food Truck-$75
Food truck space outside the convention center. No power or water hookups available.
Standard Vendor Booth- $100
10x10 In-Line booth space that includes an 8-foot table, 2 chairs, and 2 Exhibitor badges. For any exhibitor selling products (not including comic creators or print artists). Products MUST be related to our theme of Nerd Culture.
Premium Vendor Booth- SOLD OUT
10x10 corner booth that includes two 8-foot tables, 2 chairs, and 2 Exhibitor badges. For any exhibitor selling products (not including comic creators, print artists, or crafters). Products MUST be related to our theme of Nerd Culture.
Print Artist/Comic Artist/Comic Writer Table- $65
8x5 space that includes an 8-foot Table, 2 chairs, and 2 Exhibitor badges. For any print artists or comic book creators only, intended for the promotion of local/regional comic book creator talent.
Crafter Table- $75
8x5 space that includes an 8-foot Table, 2 chairs, and 2 Exhibitor badges. For any exhibitors who create their own merchandise for sale. Products MUST be related to our theme of Nerd Culture.
Cosplay Guest Table- FULL
8x5 space that includes an 8-foot Table, 2 chairs, and 2 Exhibitor badges.
Organization Table- FREE, BY INVITATION ONLY
8-foot booth space (or more if required) for invited, charity organizations such as Cosplay organizations, Celebrity Vehicles, and related organizations.
Sponsor Table- SEE SPONSOR TIERS
8-foot table or 10x10 booth for event sponsors. Please see information on sponsor tiers under our sponsor tab on this website.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Electricity Hookup- $20 per Exhibitor (must bring your own extension cables and power strips)
WIFI access- $10 per Exhibitor
Additional Vendor Badges- $10 Each
No extra tables or chairs will be available.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By submitting this form you are agreeing to our terms of service. Any violation of the terms of service may result in the exhibitor being required to leave the event without refund.

Exhibitors may only utilize the space paid for, and may not obstruct other vendors or walkway space.

Any cancellation of exhibitor space will be subject to the following refund scheduled: 60 days or more- 95% refund; 30-59 days- 50% refund; 0-29 days- 0% refund.

All exhibits must be setup before the show begins. We will have a Premium ticket pass that starts at 9:00am and exhibitors must be ready to go by then. Exhibitors may utilize either or both Friday 1pm-8pm and/or Saturday morning 6am-9am load in.

Due to the family-friendly nature of our show, no adult content may be publicly displayed, sold to or accessible to minors.

Exhibitors are expected to unload, load, setup, and tear down their own exhibits. Uncanny Comic Expo may have volunteers available to assist, but there is no guarantee.

Exhibitors must wear exhibitor badges at all times during the show.

Exhibitors are expected to properly dispose of waste before leaving the event.

If an exhibitor has any questions or issues relating to the event facility, it must be brought to a member of the Uncanny staff, who will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Exhibitors are expected to treat Uncanny staff, volunteers, fellow exhibitors, and patrons with respect.

Exhibitors must pay applicable taxes on sales.

Exhibitors will be required to stay through the duration of the show.
